Former Brightly CEO brings decades of experience leading and scaling enterprise SaaS companies

TULSA, Oklahoma - July 18,2023 - TMA Systems, a US-based leader and developer of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Enterprise Asset Management Solutions (EAMS), today announced the appointment of Ed Roshitsh to the Company’s Board of Directors. Roshitsh’s career has spanned executive leadership roles at multiple high-growth private equity-backed SaaS companies including formerly serving as Chief Executive Officer at Dude Solutions, a provider of Strategic Asset Management software, which later rebranded to Brightly and was acquired by Siemens in June 2022 for $1.6 billion. As the company’s first independent board director, Roshitsh will leverage his deep experience in the enterprise SaaS market to support TMA Systems’ future growth initiatives.

Over his career, Mr. Roshitsh has helped create two billion dollars in increased shareholder value at the companies he has worked. In addition to serving as CEO at Brightly / Dude Solutions, Roshitsh previously held executive and / or board roles at Blackbaud, Vertafore, Granicus, Intelex, and PointClickCare. A military veteran, Mr. Roshitsh also serves as the CEO of Holidays for the Heroes, a non-profit that sends active duty service members home for the holiday season through the contributions of patriotic donors.
