TMA Systems, a world-class provider of advanced Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Enterprise Asset Management Solutions (EAMS), today announced that career technology executive Greg Shell has joined the company as Vice President of Operations.
With nearly 30 years of SaaS experience, Shell brings expansive strategic vision and collaborative leadership skills to the company.
“I am pleased to welcome Greg to the TMA executive management team,” commented Mark Simner, TMA Systems’ Chief Executive Officer. “He brings tremendous experience leading operations teams in SaaS organizations driving world-class levels of client engagement and satisfaction. We look forward to his insight as we step into this new era of expansion at TMA Systems.”
At TMA, Shell will direct all post-sale, client-facing departments, including professional services, client success and support. He will also work closely with other business divisions to bring WebTMA7, the next generation of TMA’s facility and asset management software, to more than 1,500 clients worldwide.
“I have the pleasure of leading our incredible client-facing team members,” said Shell. “I look forward to empowering our clients to meet their current and future needs for facilities management. As TMA Systems continues to gear up for our next era of growth, I’m excited to further serve our clients. We already have some very exciting initiatives underway.”
Most recently the Vice President of Client Success at Absorb Software, Shell combines his expertise in leading teams to scale globally with his deep knowledge of business process reengineering to ensure TMA’s customer success initiatives.
Prior to Absorb Software, Shell worked at Arthur Andersen, Deloitte & Touche, Holland & Knight, and eLogic Learning. He has continued his professional development through the Columbia Executive Management School, as an Ellen Gabriel Fellow with Deloitte & Touche, and through advanced Fifth Discipline training with Peter Senge.
